What is CROSS Conference?

When is the trip?
Wednesday, December 31, 2025 – Sunday, January 4, 2025

 

What is the cost?
The trip cost is $300. A nonrefundable $100 deposit toward the trip cost is required at registration. Cancellations made after 12/1/2025 will be fully nonrefundable.

 

What is included in the cost?
The trip cost includes hotel accommodations, transportation, your CROSS Conference ticket, and select meals.

 

Is there a registration deadline?
Because we have a limited number of spots for this trip, the registration will close as soon as all of the spots fill up. To ensure you’ll be able to go, register as soon as possible and encourage your friends to do the same!

 

How will we get there?
We’ll be traveling in a 56-passenger charter bus. The bus will have a bathroom, wi-fi, comfortable seating, power outlets, and storage for luggage.

 

Do I get to pick who I will room with at the hotel?
We will do our best to honor rooming requests. There will be three people automatically assigned to each room, but you may request for a group of up to six to room together. The rooms we have reserved for the trip are suites that will have two queen beds in one room and a sofa bed in the other. The rooms have a max occupancy of six people. If a group would like to room with more than 3 people, each additional person must bring an air mattress so that everyone has their own bed to sleep in. To guarantee a room request, it’s best to have your whole group all list each other’s names when you register.
