Buddy Break - Volunteers

Buddy Break at Idlewild is a fun respite care program where kids with special needs and their siblings get to hang out, play games, and make new friends while their parents enjoy a well-deserved break. Each child is paired with a buddy (that could be you!) for a few hours of smiles, support, and one-on-one fun. Be a buddy! No experience needed—just a big heart and a couple of hours to share. Buddies will meet at 9 am in the Special Needs Suite. Kids arrive at 10 am and leave at 1 pm. It’s a fun morning and it makes a HUGE difference for families. Come join the fun!
