Holiday Tables Servers

Event 7-10 pm Volunteer(s)
This is for IBC members to support our hospitality at Holiday Tables.
Register to serve 1-3 tables of women in the Gatheria. You would be responsible for placing snack boxes at table and serving refreshments. You would also be helping women pack up and load their cars after the event if you have time.
You are welcome to have a family member as a helper. Those assigned tables will be 14 and older.
Meet Nancy Reed and Scott Montgomery at the adult downstairs welcome desk on Oct. 23, at 7 pm for further instructions.
Pink aprons provided, wear white on top, black on bottom, comfortable shoes
Setup 7 am - 3 pm Volunteer(s)
This option is if you are available to help women setup any time during the decorating 7 am - 3 pm on Oct. 23.
