Holiday Tables 2026, Oct 29 Schedule: Table Tour from 6:30-7:30 pm (arrive when convent for you), program in worship center at 7:30 pm, snack (this is not a dinner, but a nice snack).

This event is designed as an opportunity for ladies to host a group they wish to welcome in and celebrate. You choose your table theme and show thoughtful hospitality to your guests by decorating for your group the day of the event. Have fun! Be creative and keep it simple! When you register for a table of 8 or 10, we will send you the decorating instructions.

Idlewild Women is focusing on friendship for this year's program. Expect poignant and fun stories from numerous ladies.
To help families in our neighborhood, we are doing a nonperishable food drive. Boxes for the donations will be at the church entrance. For registration help and questions email ticketagent@idlewild.org or call 813-264-8707.

Registration FAQs:

• Do I need to supply all my guests' names to complete registration? No, they will check in under your name if they forget the table number you share with them. After you register, we will email you the table number.
• How may I have a table near my friend? Add a comment when you register.
• Are there tables with easy access? Yes, along the outer edges are table near bathrooms and with less congestion for seating. Add a comment regarding your need.
• May I request a specialty snack? No, but your snack will be boxed for you to share.
• Is there KidsKare? No
• Does the Church supply a tablecloth for all the tables? No, the decorator provides the table covering.
• How much money does the Women's Ministry make from this event? We set aside $3,000. in our budget to do the event. Due to rental and food/beverage costs, the expenses usually exceed $5,000.
• May I have multiple tables near one another? Of course, dependent on what is available register early, add a comment when you register specifying which tables you want together.
• For those purchasing a table for their guests (you own all the seats); 8 top $140., 10 top $160., you will receive an email with decorating details and a request for you to let us know your theme and decorating team if not specified when you registered.
• For those not planning to decorate: Individual registration $25.
• If you wish to decorate a table for individual registrations (decorate and not bring a group), contact Jodie Montgomery at jmontgomery@idlewild.org, 813-264-8791 to be a guest decorator (you do not need to register).
